Our payment terns are strict 30days net; all invoice payments should be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Cheques are made payable to EF Direct Limited. BACS payments are available please contact us for further details.

Website Descriptions and Illustrations
All colours and dimensions are approximate, due to the wide variations of screen resolution any fabric and colours should be treated as a guide. If you are unsure about any finish fabric and laminate samples are available.
Ordering Your Furniture
When ordering please ensure you have ordered the correct heights to the required age group, and ensure that the chairs ordered match the same size as the tables.
To avoid any unnecessary delay please complete the additional information section at the end of the ‘Checkout’ screen, this should be used for contact names and mobile numbers when delivery is required during the school holidays.
All deliveries are charged at a standard £25.00 carriage.
Delivery Lead times
Our standard delivery is 3-4 weeks, however during August and September this may extend to 6 weeks. Please contact EF Direct if a shorter lead time is required.
Delivery
All prices quoted are based on delivery to the nearest undercover point, installation is charged at an extra rate, please contact EF Direct for a quote if this service is required.
All goods must be checked and signed for at the time of delivery. Failure to report shortages/damages at the time of delivery could jeopardise our ability to obtain replacements or repair.
You should always satisfy yourself that deliveries are correct before signing for goods.

Failed or Rejected Deliveries
All failed or rejected deliveries will be charged at a standard 35% of the order value, or a minimum charge of £50.00
Incorrectly Ordered Items
All you furniture is made to order, any unwanted or incorrectly ordered items will only be accepted back if previously agreed with EF Direct. A standard 35% restocking charge is applicable for all unwanted items, or a minimum £50.00. Any item which includes upholstery is NON RETURNABLE.
